    <content type="text/plain">Problem: Customer extracts lists of contact data to use in a mail merge multiple times per day, they are recruiters and their contacts are job seekers. Available filters are not sufficient to narrow the list of contacts down to only the people they want, or close to it. &#13;

Requested solution: Customer asked for the ability to multi-select records from the Contacts list, then right click and have the option in the context menu to export only the selected records to an Excel sheet. Currently you can only export all records that appear in the viewing grid. Desktop eWay has an option to multi-select and then send an email to selected contacts through the context menu, navigation would be equivalent to that. &#13;

Industry: Recruiting&#13;
Impact: Saved time, speeds up movement of data to customer's chosen bulk email tool. &#13;
Function would likely make sense in Deals as well.</content>

Recently past events (excluding today) are displayed in a format such as “Tue 3:40 PM” or “Fri 5:05 AM,” which makes it unclear whether the event occurred this week or the previous week.&#13;

I suggest unifying the format and using the same full date format that is applied to older events, for example:&#13;
&#13;
“30.12.2025”&#13;
&#13;
“30.12.2025 5:05 AM”&#13;
&#13;
This would improve clarity and eliminate ambiguity regarding the exact date of recent events.</content>

E-way causes crashes and more often freezes and there may or may not have been an update to fix it.  Right now you have to stop what you are doing to go to the admin center and that’s where you can see if there’s an update.  Can e-way please send an email notifying users that an update is available.  Is there another way to automate installation without having to do it twice – once on-line and once on your desktop? It would appear on the 'Project' tab page and show a progress bar for regularly required actions. This would allow users to see at a glance what is needed when they open a project.&#13;
Users could fill in the fields when the work is completed and enter the time period in the Journal. There could also be an option to add a progress bar to the main project page.&#13;

We want the ability to assign a specific Product to a specific Customer, so that:&#13;

When opening a Customer profile, we only see the products assigned to that customer.&#13;
&#13;
Not all products from the global product list are shown – just the ones linked to that client.&#13;
&#13;
This would help us build a simple "sold equipment" or "installed base" view per customer.&#13;
&#13;
Why it matters:&#13;
&#13;
Some products in our system are physical machines/devices sold to clients, and we’d like to use this as a kind of internal reference for support and service tracking.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">I use the Admin Application on my desktop quite often to build automated workflows and it drives me nuts that it times out and will log me out if I am inactive for X amount of time. I usually bounce back and forth between the application and other programs when I am building workflows as I plan and edit them in Excel before plugging everything into eWay. Once I login into the application, I should remained logged in until I close the application or manually log out.&#13;
It's not a huge deal, but it does sometimes kill productivity because I will be thinking of something I need to edit, review, etc. in eWay and when I go back to the Admin Application window it prompts me to log back in and then I have to start over. It's just very disruptive and frustrating when you have a train of thought and it gets derailed for something that's so unnecessary.</content>
