Quick-start tutorials/job-aids for modules/functions

I'd love some quick-start job aids to help leverage some of what I would consider the most basic features inside e-Way CRM. For example: a tutorial on how to automate the simple sending of a recurring email (using a pre-defined template of content) wishing a Contact a happy birthday on their birthday every year, based on the date populated in a contacts field called "birthday." Not clear to me at all how to do this: do I have to create a single campaign for each recipient with no end date? Can I create one campaign covering ALL people I want to receive such email, that will be smart enough to email each every year?

There are probably a dozen more such examples I could find that seem like they ought to be simple enough things to do (by sending non-Professional emails via the Marketing module?) that they don't require paying a consultant to help me configure. Anything you can do would be much appreciated - and happy to provide more context, or more examples, if needed!
