Synchronize CATEGORY from Company to Contacts under a Company

Synchronize CATEGORY or have an option to synchronize Category from Company to Contacts under a company. If I want to broadcast a professional email to all contacts in the Widget Industry I have to add that Category to every Contact in the Widget Industry. It would be much easier to add the Category to the Company and have it sync to all Contacts under the various Companies.
