Assign colleague as organizer in eWay-CRM calendar event and populate fields

In case a colleague is out of office, or busy, I need to be able to work on his behalf with regards to eWay-CRM calendar events within Deals Module or other modules. Assign my colleague(s) as organizer when his customer calls in, also have the certain fields such as "TITLE" and "LOCATION" and EMAIL ADDRESS of recipient and other fields prepopulated based on needs of Deal, also have prepared templates to fill in the body of the calendar event (description). When we have 80 sales calls per day, we need to flexibly assign eWay-CRM calendar events between each other as sales managers on Deals and other Modules, because we are assigning events live, while the customer is waiting on the phone line.
