"Insert Horizontal Line" button in Notes, like the one in Outlook messages

Just like the title says, I'd like to be able to insert horizontal lines across the Notes box. In Outlook, these often divide the older e-mails that have been replied to or forwarded from each other and also the current e-mail being written. In Notes, it would be helpful to section things off.
