Various reports to be produced automatically by the CRM system and sent by email including specified type of project overdue, specified type of project booked in for the next month, specified type of projects for the next month, sales pipelines (details of deals that are going to be converted in the next month)

Absolutely agree...need a one-button reporting function. Need to be able to pre-format the report, determine what goes into it - really most of the normal "sales management" type reports - and then have a way to export directly as a .pdf to an email. The existing reporting module would work, if you added the next couple steps. Pre-formatted reports in a list, you select the report you want, and then have a "print to pdf" button in the report. Right now, it is cumbersome to export the report.
