Ability to Convert Custom Fields Type

It would be great to be able to edit not just the Custom Fields Name and Description, but also the Type. I sometimes create a field in the wrong type and it would be helpful to be able to simply switch it from one type to another. For example I had a custom field that was single line text and I needed it to be a checkbox. I had to delete the Single Line Text Custom Field and recreate it as a Checkbox.
