Conditional Formating: user defined values for date

Within the "use a formula to determine which cells to format" the options for Date and Time operators are pre-set. I suggest to include a user-defined value such that the row can be formatted in a way it is useful for the user.
For example; "Be bold if today is 5 days later than the date shown", "Appear red if today is 8 days later than the date shown"...
