Allow export of administration settings tables

I would like to be able to export the list of all usernames, or the table of permissions, or the table of custom fields. It would be good enough to be able to select all and copy, to be used in an spreadsheet or a document. Sometimes it is for comparison, just to communicate what is in the table, or to review and mark-up offline. The best I can get now is a screenshot.
