Automatically Generate a Journal Entry When Initiating a Phone Call from eWay
. I frequently initiate a phone call from the eWay database. It would be great if this would automatically pull up a time/date stamped journal entry. This could then be kept as is a reminder that a call was made, or notes from the call could be added to the journal entry. I am not sure how hard it would be to add this feature.

we have a setting in eWay-CRM that automatically creates a journal if you are on a phone with somebody longer than XY sec. If you set it up for 1 sec, it could help.
