When changing workflow status, eWay-CRM is to send out automatic emails to potential customers or current business partners. This is including prepopulated fields in the MS Outlook email, based on the type of emails, i. e. Title of email, Greeting, certain aspects of the body of the email..in short, a fully automized email template which can be selected prior to saving workflow change status. Also, certain document templates could be added automatically to the emails (quotations, contracts, etc.) Once worflow status is saved, the email (s) would go out automatically, thus saving time of the sales team.
