Workflow Action - Unlock field

When changing a project status, I can create a workflow action "Lock Field". It's very useful when I want to disable some value that can't be changed anymore (like project deadline, etc).

But in some cases, I need to unlock the item. That's where the workflow action "Unlock Field" would be handy.
