  I manage a large number of contact and sometimes there are duplicates this will be an extremely good tools

  Can we search for duplicates based on email or any other variable and then merge them? You will be the only one that can do so in Outlook and will get huge number accounts by being able to do so. Plus that will allow you to collect all these contacts and maybe have one of the most comprehensive databases of professionals. And if there is a main central database where you can compare all contacts and maybe suggest updates if they moved from firms etc.

  Yes, being able to merge contacts and companies (without losing data) i.e. Redundant to Master, would be super useful!

  When we connect to databases, and download contact information - sometimes we have duplicates. Having a merge function would be very helpful - or a de-duplicate function that takes the data from the oldest contact, drops it in the history or notes section, and then deletes that record.
