turn off journal notes synchronization to outlook notes

this related to support issue #178606. eWay synchronizes journal notes to the Outlook contact Notes field. i use google voice for my office phone. i use Outlook add-on called Outlook4Gmail to synchronize Outlook contacts to google contacts to make google voice calls. Google contacts has a character limitation in the Google Notes field. Outlook contacts with eWay journal notes in the Outlook contact Notes field do not get synchronized to google contacts.
