sms and google voice

i pay a third party company that uses LeadConnector to act as my assistant to onboard internet leads and babysit and nurture the leads with automated SMS, automated email, automated calls which leave a voicemail when not answered. the goal to book appointments. when an appointment is booked i used zapier to add the contact and appointment to eWay. would be nice to have all those communication features in eWay or a better way to transfer information into eWay.
