Sending an email prompt when contact is not present in Outlook/eWay
I don't know if I would want an email, that's two emails - the original email and then a follow-up email once the system runs a check. But maybe a small button could be added down in the superior item bar to notify you whether the "From" contact is in eWay-CRM, red vs green. You could even just put a red background around the "Convert to Contact" button in the eWay-CRM ribbon as a visual indicator. This would intuitively lead the user to hit the button if they want the contact in eWay-CRM.
