Nick SI presume this covers the ability to sync customised forms to CRM Online? At the moment none of my custom fields are appearing Online...

This issue is related to the ability to customize forms in eWay-CRM Online.
If you create a custom form in eWay-CRM Desktop, they should be synced to your eWay-CRM Online. If this is not happening in your configuration, please contact our support. We will fix it.
