Having option to quickly generate time sheets within few clicks would be amazing.

You can perhaps implement 'universal template' file (.xlsx, .csv or whatever) which, user can download, fill data and send back to eWay. Afterwards the program would process the file and would either throw and error or create time sheets records.

What a win / improved experience using this program for a user.
