NEW EMAIL button in the eWay-CRM tab

When working with emails in the eWay-CRM tab, it is not possible to create a new email without switching to the HOME tab. There should be a NEW EMAIL button in the eWay-CRM tab. (For comparison, see how SalesOutlook does it.)
